Clinical Nursing Research Society(CNRS):
CNRS is a non-profit organization established in the year 2019. The aim of the organization is to encourage and improve the quality of clinical research in nursing to generate evidence and its application in clinical practice and education at par with Global Nursing Standards. CNRS envisions creating a global platform of nurse researcher for excellence in nursing research and capacity building for its execution and sustenance.

National Viral Hepatitis Control Program (3 Months)

Invite to join the TOT for National Viral Hepatitis control prog training organized by AIIMS Rishikesh, CNRS North Zone in collaboration with Echo India.
Eligibility criteria: The participants should be CNRS life members and to qualify the Pre-Test.
No. of participants: Only first 50 CNRS Life member based on the score obtains in pre test

CNRS-North zone under the leadership of Dr. Latha Venkatesan, President, CNRS, is organizing Online Short-Term Course in Research Methodology from 5th January to 16th January between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm daily (except Sunday).
This short term course is designed for Post graduate nursing students, beginners in nursing research, clinical nurse researchers and final year B.Sc Nursing students. The course will be taught by inspiring academics who are highly qualified and experts in their field. You can enroll in the course by filling the registration form.
Attending all the sessions is compulsory to receive the certificate of completion.

Why this course?

Over the years the role of nurse has evolved significantly.
Nurses work in a variety of settings, such as hospital, community, schools, special institutes, classroom etc.

the primary goal remains the same: to be the client’s advocate and provide optimal care based on evidence obtained through research.

Nursing Research involves identifying research problems related to clinical Nursing and implementing its findings in nursing practices, in order to improve the quality of patient care. The goal of nursing research is to provide the highest quality and most cost-effective nursing care possible.

In order to practice evidence-based nursing, practitioners must understand the concept of research and know how to accurately evaluate this research.

Online Course Series for Nursing Teachers (26 - 31 July, 2021)

National Institute of Nursing Education (NINE), PGIMER Chandigarh:
It is one of the premiere Institutes of nursing education and WHO Collaborative Centre for nursing and midwifery research. It was started initially in 1964 as a college of nursing and later named as NINE in 2003. It offers B.Sc Nursing (4 years), Post basic B.Sc Nursing (2 years), M.Sc Nursing (2 years) and Ph.D Nursing. Approx. 150 graduate and 30 postgraduate students pass out every year. It is capacity building national centre of excellence in nursing education for India and LMIC.
Apart from degree programmes, the college conduct refresher courses, workshops, seminars on the current issues in nursing to update the knowledge and skills of nurses.
